Steps:

  1. On the main page, click the Upload Audio section.
  2. Select a supported audio file (MP3 or WAV) under 50MB.
  3. Confirm upload.
  • The system validates your file
  • ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) starts automatically.
  • When transcription is complete, you will be notified.

After the audio upload, the system processes it without any action needed from you.

What the platform does:

  1. Converts the voice recording into text.
  2. Sends the transcribed text to the LLM.
  3. Extracts key insights such as:
    • Sentiment
    • Objections
    • Compliance issues
    • Customer intent

The platform enhances insights by checking social media data related to the customer or topic include Brand mentions , tone and sentiments and trending topics.
